Career Week

Last week was career week, and we had a great turn-out! Thank you parents for finding time in your busy schedule to come share with the children, they loved it!

We saw a fisheries biologist in the library!
Jackson's mom came and shared about their concession business.
She squeezed fresh lemonade, yum!
We got to taste their delicious lemonade!
Big smiles for sweet and tangy lemonade!
We saw a police dispatcher and a policeman in the library!

The policeman even handcuffed someone, wow!

Mrs. Garrard's husband is a firefighter and showed us all about is job.

He even showed us CPR!
Walker's dad is a U.S. Marshall, cool!
He showed us all of his equipment and talked about how he catches bad guys.

Walker got handcuffed, uh oh!

Katie's mommy came and talked about her career as a Children's
Ministry Director at Asbury United Methodist Church.

She gave out special books and book marks to everyone!
Anna's dad is a firefighter and showed us all of his cool equipment!

We talked about what to do if your clothes are on fire:
STOP, DROP, and ROLL!

Anna's mom told us all about her career as a pediatrician!
We got to listen to our heart beats and examine each other's throats!

And what is the perfect end to a GREAT career week?....
KONA ICE DAY!!!
Thank you again wonderful parents for an exciting and successful career week!
